Why join?

  • New Mexico Tech is a participating school with AAUW, so Tech students get to join AAUW for free!
  • It's a great network to reach out to for mentorship and career advice, especially for students who are graduating soon or have recently graduated.
  • AAUW hosts helpful webinars throughout the year, including their SmartStart salary negotiation workshops to make sure you're effectively advocating for yourself and what you're worth in a professional setting.
  • This is also a great professional organization that you can list on your resume or CV.
