Research Ethics @NMT: Mentoring for Diversity
How to mentor across cultures/languages?
How to bridge different identities?
This workshop (co-hosted with the Chemistry Department) trains faculty, staff, and students in how to engage diversity for effective and equitable mentoring. Facilitated by Dr. Chris ChoGlueck (Ethics) and Dr. Sally Pias (Chemistry), we will discuss the benefits and challenges of diversity and explore case studies on mentoring across differences in the context of research. It is free and open to all members of the broader NMT community.
